Deouuae Revolution Chapter Three - The Deouuae Civil War

Map of Deouuae

Naphtali returns to Deouuae. A Plague has brought Death to countless innocent People and Ruin to the Queendom.

Before they stopped counting, Census Officials estimated that one in four People in Deouuae died of the Weeping Plague and no Person living or dead was spared from the Scars it inflicted upon their Bodies. High Nobility suffered even higher Casualties. Early Survivors of Nol's Breath credited Deouuae being one of the few surviving Queendoms due to its People having learned hard Lessons during the Weeping Plague.

It was called the Weeping Plague because the Agony inflicted caused all who excruciated to weep. Additionally, countless Wounds opened on their Bodies that would weep infected Fluids. The Weeping Plague is also known as the "Little Plague" when compared to the Annihilation of Nol's Breath.

Naphtali summons Lorelei to Fikomechber and they are reunited.

In the past three Years, Lady Lorelei married, caught the Weeping Plague, her Husband died of the Weeping Plague, her Mother caught the Weeping Plague and survived, and her Sister died of the Weeping Plague. With her Sister dead, Lorelei is Heir to House Dabovëe.

Naphtali tells Lorelei what he learned about the Snow Demons.

Lorelei summons the Council of Laboring Nobility to Feiberheimger.

Naphtali convinces the Council of Laboring Nobility to revolt against the Snow Demon Dynasty.

The Council supported Baron Naphtali's Proposal for Reform before he supposedly was killed by the Curse of the Icewind Night. Since that Time, the High Nobility alienated the Laboring Nobility with increasingly selfish Decisions and showed little Concern when the Weeping Plague brought ruin to Deouuae. The Laboring Nobility whispered amongst themselves that Reform might not even be possible. The return of Naphtali from the Dead with News that the High Nobility were Usurpers, Pretenders, and Snow Demons who invented the Curse of the Icewind Night to cover up the Murder of political Enemies was the final Weight to tip the Scale. Even before Naphtali's Return, the Laboring Nobillity had been quietly mustering an Army. They now had their final Justification to begin their Revolt.

The Labor Army is mustered, consisting of Peasants, Trade Workers, and Laboring Nobility.

Wielding the symbolic Tools of Labor--a Hammer, Bill-Hook, Shovel, and Pitch-Fork--the working Castes of Feiberheimger join the Laboring Nobility to overthrow the High Noblility. Present in Feiberheimger was Marchioness Emtel, one of the Laboring Nobility whose Provinces north of Echipalot were starved by Viscountess Edown Years ago when Viscountess Edown was maneuvering to become Steward of Buchikiesht. Marchioness Emtel made a special Trip from the North when she was informed that Lady Lorelei summoned the Laboring Nobility.

The Labor Army travels to Echipalot to take the Mountain Pass and learn Steward Edown and her Children died of Plague. The City surrenders.

Echipalot controls Passage through the Mountains. By taking Echipalot, the Labor Army can open the main Route between northern and southern Deouuae.

Naphtali confronts Cheryles because it was Cheryles that pushed Naphtali into Berheimger Harbor in an Attempt to kill him.

Cheryles defeats Naphtali but spares his Life because he appreciates that Naphtali kept his Affair with Lady Dabovëe secret.

Cheryles commands the House Servants of Echipalot to join the Labor Army.

Hialdese House Servants are Guards to the House Matron and Soldiers in Times of War.

Because Viscountess Edown, the Steward of Buchikiesht, and her Children had recently died of the Weeping Plague and a new Matron had not been named, Viscount Cheryles made the Decision for the House Servants to join the Labor Army because he was the highest ranked living Representative of Echipalot.
